What did our team find?
Based on Customer request to keep monitored the theoretical optimum usage of raw chemicals into the coating process, #iDO Industrial Digital Operator learned how highlight to the production floor about real usage of above chemicals.
What was the trigger for this analysis?
We started from the connection of the field data related the electrical consumption in each step of the coating process.
Than iDO Industrial Digital Operator calculated and highlighted the theoretical consumption of each raw chemicals based on its data-sheet available trough Mi-TAG MOSAICO skill.
What was the value to the customer?
The results has been finally highlighted in comparison with the real usage of each chemical recored by field operator every month.
