What did our team developed?
Our X4COATING set to iDO Industrial Digital Operator, a new information delivery skill, to report & delivery the total duration of maintenance operations in the month for each production line, to assess the impact in terms of use of resources otherwise allocable.
What was the trigger for this analysis?
Understanding what was communicated with the status of “Maintenance Facility” led to an assessment of what information the client was providing us with and the question of what could be done with it.
What was the added value for one of our customers?
One of our customers was thus able to quickly know the duration of the maintenance in a specific analysis period.
This analysis became available in automatic ways so that the customer, by requesting ON DEMAND reports, can easily reconstruct how much time was spent on maintenance operations.
