Our customer Gaser requested to know how many pieces were being reworked every shift.

In a collaborative effort, GASER operators could communicate information to MOSAICO workspace in addition to what automatically coming from the automation/PLC. In this particualr case of study, filed operators are informing about if a component need to be re-worked and the reason why.

In order to provide to the customer accurate information, #iDO Industrial Digital Operator is visualizing into a tailor made Mi-LIVE widget the number of pieces reprocessed in each shift.
Consequently Customer obtain immediate and actionable insights during the shift — and not post mortem.
