By simply reading a QrCODE in front of the machine, the operator got what he was looking for straight away.
What did our team find?
During his presence at factoty floor, the line production manager needed some technical documention in order to have the references to be able to carry out work trials.
What was the trigger for this analysis?
The line manager was able to use the Mi-TAG #iDO skill to read a QrCODE, directly in front of the processing tank, and quickly locate on his smartphone the data sheet of an additive used in the electroplating process.
