Some of our very favourite #PrideMonth posts
It’s easy to be disheartened right now.
Roe v. Wade has been overturned. Forced birth is an option in some states, even if it means the mother will die. Read that again.
Many experts are predicting that even more of our basic human rights like same-sex marriage, trans healthcare and pretty much anything that does not fit the WASP-y, colonial, patriarchal status quo are the next targets. As a Canadian, I am so saddened to see the same types of hatred and vitriol being displayed here, even by our elected officials. (I’m looking at you, Poilievre and pals.)
That is why it is so important to celebrate what makes each of us uniquely us. To be kind to each other. To educate ourselves. And to throw a hell of a party to show the bigots of this world that they do not have our support.
It was a joy to see some of the posts celebrating Pride. As #PrideMonth wraps up, we thought we’d share a few of our favourites and amplify the voices and spirit of the incredible humans who know that at the end of the day #LoveIsLove.
Posts that made us smile

And a call to action to keep it going beyond just one month.
Whether you are a member of the 2SLGBQTIA+ community or a staunch ally, now is the time to be loud and proud… 365 days a year. More than any other year in recent history. Our voices need to be louder than the voices of hatred and disinformation. Turn your sadness into anger, and then turn your anger into action.
PS — Rain is proudly pro-choice, pro-2SLGBQTIA+, pro-feminism, #BLM and we believe #EveryChild Matters. If you are one of our clients (or a potential client) and feel the same way, know that we love you for it. We will continue to speak out for basic human rights and healthcare… 365 days a year.
