Impact by Design

We breath, eat and live digital experience design at Hyper Island Manchester. This first letter forms an introduction to our Medium publication. Day in, day out, we work on challenging cases and are busy with designing solutions for the future.

Via this publication, we voice all opinions, processes and solutions regarding this topic.

Why? Because lots of companies still design first products/services and decide later on how to position this in the world of their customer.

We strongly believe it’s the other way around and you always start with the customer experience and engineer backwards to a technology/product.
