My family and I recently returned from our first trip to the Middle East, which included visits to Bahrain, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.
I have always wanted to travel to this part of the world. My wish finally came true as my husband had business in Bahrain, which allowed us to extend our trip.
Despite the long flight that lasted almost two days, we were pleasantly surprised that we did not experience significant jet lag upon arriving in Bahrain. This could possibly be due to the fact that we were able to get some good rest during the flight.
