“Dude! What the F!” was her reply when I couldn’t stop the stretcher in time before slamming into her hip. Dude is right… ugh was my first thought. I’ve never hit anyone with a stretcher before, let alone one of my cherished friends and colleagues.

Guess it was better than running into a patient.

She stepped backwards not hearing my warning as I was pushing through the narrow aisle, and had too much momentum to fully stop.

She’s forgiven me; we hugged, and I need a vacation.

I’ve decided In life, just recently that I’ll be focusing more on work, travel and more work to pay for even more travel.

I’m at the age where I need to decide how I want to spend the next chapter of my life, and I choose travel, which requires working a lot of extra hours.

It’s a fine balance, I think…

I’m currently planning my next trip to an archipelago in Panama called Bocas del Toro.

This is the capital city of Panama, within the province of Bocas del Toro.
