40 countries later, I finally understood freedom.

Still in Bangkok, sweating through the rainy season, and surviving the heat with a coconut in hand.
Last weekend, I took one of the toughest exams of my life — Thai anatomy, energy lines, and traditional healing. My brain was fried, but the real lesson didn’t come from the books — it came from the people around me.
When you give a massage, you listen without words. You feel where people are holding stress, grief, exhaustion.
And here’s what I’ve seen time and time again:
People are doing everything to look free, but deep down, they’re exhausted. Tired of chasing the next thing. Tired of pretending to be okay. Tired of waiting for the perfect moment.
This is something I’ve noticed across my travels: the constant search for something, always just out of reach. But freedom isn’t about the next trip, the next paycheck, or another checkmark on your list.
