Firstly, they are very strict with their check-in time. Check-in only strictly starts at 3 p.m. Even if you arrive 10 minutes before 3 p.m., you will not be allowed to check in. Secondly, the room, especially the washroom, can be very small.

The hotel that I stayed in during my trip was Hotel Namba. I have attached a screenshot of the accommodation that I booked.

The journey would take about 30 minutes via train from Shin-Osaka to Daikokucho Station via the Midsouji Line (red line). Afterward, you need to walk for approximately 7 minutes to the hotel.

⚠ The only drawback: You have to carry your luggage/s via the flight of stairs as there is no elevator.

The hotel includes amenities (e.g. toothbrush/comb/cotton pad), a microwave, and washing + dryer machines which can be found in the hotel lobby.

The room was very small. Thankfully, it was able to fit 2 big checked-in luggage. There was also a mini “open wardrobe space” to hang your jackets with hangers provided. You are able to open one piece of luggage fully on the floor.
