I’ve interviewed several entrepreneurs, here is what I learned from each of them-

Lesson 1

Believe in yourself, your idea, your people and understand that you are not alone in the startup world.

Start growing your network as soon as possible. These connections and acquaintances will pay off the moment you launch your product and the importance of knowing the right people will only increase over time.

Be prepared to do a lot of research on every concept you are going to implement. Stay patient and make the careful planning of your startup strategies and daily routine.

Be grateful to those who help you become a stronger person, your startup a better company.

Lesson 2

There will be many sleepless nights, tireless work and dedication from the team would be the priority. However, don’t let yourselves go!

There is always a room for improvement and you’ll have many ideas to be alive and give your clients the best possible experience and value for their money. You always need to look back and be able to say that you did a great job, but you have come a long way since then. Constant improvement is the key to creating a great product and making a change for a better future.

Lesson 4

Always bargain with online media when planning sponsored publications. If you can’t do it for free, try to bring down the price. As a rule, they are unreasonably high.

The second lesson — don’t underestimate guerrilla marketing. If you master it and don’t spare time for it, later it will pay off in full, and you will get new customers almost for free.

Don’t forget about customer service. In SaaS, it’s crucial to provide top-notch customer support, respect your users and sometimes over-deliver.

Lesson 5

Lesson 6

Have confidence in what you are doing, even if you are rejected by all 5 sharks of Shark Tank.

It will take twice as long as you’d hoped, cost exceedingly more than you’d ever budgeted and will be more challenging than anything you’ll ever try but if you give it your all and refuse to give up, you can trust it will be the ride of a lifetime.

Be brave and follow your instincts. You can’t cheat the grind, but if you give it your all, you can trust that the payoff will be worth it.
