Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a model for managing a company’s interactions with previous, current and future customers. A customer turns the revenue for any company. As today’s CRM Software designed to help the businesses or Companies to managing client’s more easier way than before it can contributes on the company’s Return on Investment (ROI). Using CRM Software Company can making a long term relationships with their customers and that has become more advanced before. In the technological era managing customer is becomes easier by using CRM software. It provides a 360 degree view of customer data. It involves using technology to booking clients organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support. It also includes working calendar, Schedule of the appointment, status notes, and reports on customer dealings. This part may consists with the following features and sub-modules like-

Client Information Module: Client information to any company is always valuable and they are very conscious to keep this data safely. In the CRM software one of the main parts is managing and stored client details information’s like client profile. Admin can add, edit, and delete information of the clients. Client information database is not just only keeping these information’s but also save others information of clients like call information, date options etc. It’s all about a client database.

Client Management Module: Managing client is another important part of any CRM software where you may find client categorize option means admin can put their clients into different category up to company policy. Client’s payment and installment management also exists in this module. As Company has to maintain their products payment and installment issues from clients, so it’s an important part here. This module also consists with project handover to clients, appointment scheduling, follow-up date calculation, and contact history, manages services info etc. are sub-modules of this part.

Client booking System: Booking something from clients, was difficult before using software. Managing the booking system of products or services makes the process easier of the client’s traditional booking process.

View Client Services: Company may see the total view of their client’s services from CRM dashboard and also can track the specific client service panel.

Complain from Clients: Any type of complain from client Company may see and can take appropriate solution for prevent next complains. Using CRM Software, Company can take necessary steps for solving all complains from clients faster.

Client Like & Dislike Info: Clients redirects the main incomes for any company thus giving preferences to clients Company has to concentrate what their clients like and dislike. By researching clients opinion Company can develop their infrastructure and other opportunities.

Assign Client Services: If the existing client’s service unable to provide better services, Company can assign more resource to ensuring the services to their client’s.

Group Message & Comment Post: Clients here can send group messages, and can comment Company forum, blogs etc. Company can provide every client to their own dashboard panel. So that the clients become a part of the company, they can see any updates from company; can share their minds, opinions, comments, like, dislikes etc.

Configuration Panel (Configure Service Category, Time Slot, Service Zone): This panel is the most important and secured panel over the CRM Software where Company (admin) can set everything up to the business policies.

So a CRM Software helps the businesses or Companies to meet their overall goals by managing their customers and ensuring long-term relationships with them.
