Judas???!!!

Judas and the Black Messiah was by far the best and most informational movie I have watched this year. The movie that was released February 12 of this year(2021) in theaters and on the streaming platform of HBO max was a great watch. This movie offered a backstory of Fred Hampton a Illinois chairman of the black panther party in the 60’s. They showed how he started from nothing and came up to one of the worlds most influential men at a young age. The story turned once another black men was planted into his party by the FBI to destroy the black panther party. The man William O’Neal who then ended up killing himself once the government had killed Fred and people that were associated with him. The movie offers amazing visuals and music taste as you watch throughout the movie. I believe this movie was created to inform the newer generation about the things that went on in the past. Knowing that discrimination and injustice are still one of todays most important topics they decided to give more insite on the history of Black African Americans. It is also based on the Christian story and Book of the Bible. Hence the name Judas as he was the one who betrayed God in the Bible. All in all I believe that this movie is deeper then it actually seems. or the government to want to kill a man for trying to better the nation makes you think what would they want to do or what have they doen to the others who were more infleuntial like Malcom X and MLK. I believe everyone should watch this movie and digest what it is actually trying to tell you about the nation we live in.
