Team building

Hey folks! A big day for our company “Glitch Utd ©”. Business is booming! In the morning, after reflections on yesterday and nice conversations about feminism during a cup of coffee, we drew graphs. All of them showed growth and positive dynamics in our art collective (at least, in our mood). Seems like we are on the right path.

By the way, we got back to the room 107 at the ifs. The rental cost in Südstadt was too high for us. And we are just a new born arts collective.

After lunch we came to the ideation phase. There are so many creative ideas in our company! Most of them are very important for society and for raising people’s awareness of various vital topics, such as the topics of feminism and patriarchy issues. I personally was impressed and touched deeply by one of them. There was an urgent need to share this idea, so Media took the mic during the Dutch Hour Extreme:

The audience greeted the presentation with standing ovation!

Unfortunately, the company was subsequently overtaken by conflicts, doubts and infightings. It looks like now we have three separated teams of three, so meet up my team — Zubair and Samar!

Of course I am kidding! No conflicts is the main value in our company “Glitch Utd ©”. We formed 3 teams to deliver more ideas to the clients and to be more productive. The goal of our particular team is to bring Alex to the theatre. You will ask me: Who the hell is Alex?.. My answer is: Look for the answers in the following posts!
