Day 4–Ideate, Ideate, Ideate

Yup, it was now time to start processing and playing with all the input we’ve received in the last days.

First on the agenda, more discussions: Thoughts on feminism and patriarchy; men not wanting to be “lectured” or attacked; women wanting (their) men to see the play so they can change; me wanting women to see it to break down the internal barriers of our own conditioning under the patriarchal system, and to encourage more dialogue so that change can happen.

The ideation process led us to finally forming our teams based on the three main personas we defined:
Alex: Male, 32, student of law, likes football, fast cars, tech, is a feminist ally but has gaps in his knowledge on feminism.
Rika: Female, 35, a feminist, part of the “Südstadt bubble” of socially and environmentally-conscious, educated women.
Marti: Non-binary, 22, from a low-income environment, is outside the “bubble”.

These are by no means fleshed out but we knew enough about them to form our groups based on whom we wanted to attract with our product.

And here we are, Team Alex (WT)… Pascha, Zubair, and yours truly!
