The jungle of Inethriul is a harsh and bitter place. Planted by Arcyna, it quickly delved into chaos, until Leviathan’s mark of finality brought Balance. The name Inethriul is a name given to it by the mortals, which means, “Cradle of Death.” Oreliana, is the sister forest to Inethriul.

The thick vines and crowded trees offer harder movement to the animals and people that call this place home. Yazidias are burrowing lizards that span an unknown amount of length, as they rarely have ever been seen above ground, except for their head, which is as large as a boulder and dark green with wrinkled leather skin and sharp scales.

Gallow Bells are a carnivorous species of plant that hangs from trees. Their base resembles a green and red bell with a sticky and acidic tongue. It uses this to drop and stick to creatures passing by and lift them up into its bulb-like body. The Gallow Bell is known to contract when prey is too large for its present state.

Tallow Foots are a small and lean group of mammals, with spiky horns all down their back and feet hard as leather. Their fur comes in a variety of brown shades, although most are a rather light beige. These speedy herbivores can run faster than a crossbow bolt and are argued as the hardest to kill in all Illumnia.

Humans, such as the Gloryhounds, make their home here. Their homes are usually huts made in the open root cages of trees that they pull up themselves. Hunters and poachers must contend frequently with these bandits, due to their eagerness to fight the best of the best. From this conflict, the Gloryhounds and the Korlaks of Cerulis have developed a heated rivalry over the years. The major fighting skills of both groups have been the reason for no clear winner on either side, creating a long-held bitter stalemate.
