Hello fellow digital society-ers:)

Thank you for your engagement in the session on Monday about the Internet of Thing. We covered a plethora of themes, concerns and ideas about the IoT which could be used as inspiration for digisoc 3.

In our discussions about the posts that you published quite a few of you found it difficult to find optimistic research/data on the direction/consequences of the IoT.

It tended to be the more dystopian viewpoints that dominated the information that was located and made its way into your posts.

However looking at wordcloud above i feel that overall the room was definitely more positive and saw the IoT more of an opportunity for humanity than the “end of days”

But remember — watch out for the robots!
