Here’s a quick recap on everything you need to know about the XPLL token private sale. Please note that, if you are a retail participant who have already bought XPLLs, you will receive the tokens in your wallet after they are minted in May, and you will be free to trade your tokens immediately after they are launched on exchanges.

Total Supply: Capped at 1,000,000,000 for the first 3 years following completion of the Private Sale
Token in Circulation: 400,000,000 (unsold token will be returned to the treasury)

Current Issued Price (Private Sale): €0.50 or US$0.60 per token

How to participate in XPLL private sale?
1. Visit the official XPLL webpage on our website: https://www.digital-transaction.com/xpll
2. Click “Get XPLL Early” and fill in your personal information
3. Confirm your registration on your email
4. One of our representatives will get in touch over email and guide you through the purchasing process.
5. Fill out your purchasing amount and currency, personal details and sign the electronic SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Token).
6. Make your payment: bank transfer OR crypto transfer (bank account number and wallet address are written on the SAFT)

• Chief Scientist Dr. Geoffrey Yuen was one of the guest speakers at the 2021 Automation & Digital Intelligence Online Symposium (19th March), organised by The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. Dr. Yuen, who invented DTL’s groundbreaking anti-spoofing facial recognition technology, spoke about how blockchain is critical in forming the foundation of modern-day enterprise AI.

• Noëlle Gahan, Digital Transaction’s Chief Marketing Officer, was invited to speak in a panel hosted by PRHK (an industry organisation for PR and communications professionals in Hong Kong) on “Communicating and Marketing New Tech”. Also on the panel were senior marcomms veterans from Uber, DBS Bank and Deliveroo. #womenintech!
