The second stop of Kintone Connect 2019 road series was in “Beantown” Boston. We took our mission of sharing teamwork, our vision of creating social impact, and our discussions on policies, culture and tools to this 389-year-old town to help individuals and organizations learn how to create a bigger impact in their communities. Here’s what was shared about teamwork, leadership, and impact from this half-day thought-provoking event.

At the event, Heather Johnson gave everybody an “out of the box” kit.

She said, “The rubber band is to remind you to always stretch your thinking. Challenge what you’ve already known. The sponge is to remind you to absorb as much as you can from the people around you. And the coffee filter is to remind you to take in what you need and filter out things that distract you from your focus.”
