AstraX release Version 1.15
The 1.15 version of AstraX mobile wallet is now live on both Apple Stores and Google Plan and it delivers improvements in the following three areas:
- A new API level integration with Simplex
- Quality of Life improvements
- Bug Fixes and performance
As already announced in March thanks to the integration with Simplex, it is now possible to buy XDB tokens quickly and easily, on AstraX mobile wallet. In this latest released version a brand new integration with third party payment processor (Simplex) has been released, called Simplex API Integration, to improve stability and user experience of buying XDBs from within AstraX, with all possible fiat currencies. Digitalbits team is still perfecting the user interface and its workflow, and there will be a series of iterations, in order to get to the best in-wallet buying experience on the market.
Quality of Life improvements
Engineers have added a “Max” button when sending assets and a manual refresh option, and changed the label “deposit funds” with “BUY digitalbits (XDB)”. .
Bug fixes
There were several focus areas which were taken into consideration, such as connectivity, security & data validation.
Following fixes have been released, improving overall performance and UX
• Zero Balance Accounts Causing Errors
• Recent Transactions Failing to Load & Unable to Send Transactions
• Transactions Timing Out With Poor Connection
• Users are unable to use some accounts if internet connection has been interrupted. “Failed to fetch” error
• Recent Transactions Not Showing Without Restarting App
• Secret and Public Keys Aren’t Forced to Uppercase
• Change Password > Passwords Remain When Backing Out and Returning To Screen
• Back button is not working on Transaction Details screen if Show More Details is opened
• Fee amount is not excluded from Max send amount causing transaction failure
• Send > “No Amount Specified” Warning Remains After Entering Amount
• Add Custom Asset screen — Add asset menu is jumping several times
