Alongside the Sainsbury School Games sporting programme there are a range of Curriculum Competitions that young people can enter. Youth Sport Trust is looking for young journalists and staticians to join the team at the 2014 School Games.

Does your school have budding young journalists or statisticians?Register your school on www.yourschoolgames.com and upload content made by your students and enter their work into the Curriculum Competitions.

What kind of work can be entered?

Whether it’s match analysis, creative writing, sports commentary, video footage (via YouTube) or a great image captured by your sports photographer your pupil’s creativity could be selected to win a fantastic once in a lifetime prize!

How can I enter?

Submission to the Curriculum Competitions must be from young people aged 9–19 and entries can be uploaded by registered schools who login and click to blog on the Sainsbury’s School Games website. By ticking the ‘enter the Curriculum Competition’ box and entering the name of the pupil(s) who created the work, your young people could be winners.
