Hologram projector
Introduction:
Growing up, many kids experienced Sci-Fi media such as Star Wars, Halo, Iron Man, and Destiny. These media show how holograms can be integrated into ubiquitous computing. This technology can be used virtually anywhere to teach, talk with others, or even analyze imagery.
Concept:
From Past to Present to Future. We can create a future by drawing on ideas and creations from the past and combining them with more modern concepts. This is the basis of innovation and where my proposal stems from.
If we combine projectors with VR technology, we could create interactive holograms. Projectors can portray digital imagery with any surface, while VR allows users to interact and communicate with augmented reality. At the core basis, these are the two components of holograms: a projection and a 3D object.
Past Approaches:
A research team from the University of Science and Technology of China discovered this device. Currently, their holograms can produce 3d images with and without Virtual Reality. Creating the 3d holograms requires the projection of low-resolution images, which they use.

However, the SLM cannot easily produce high-quality images for this task. To fix this problem, the research team combined the SLM with a diffuser to create more detailed holograms.
For better understanding, note that the image projections show significant differences in quality.
Creation:
To create a hologram projector effectively, we need to use spatial light modulators; luckily, these can be found in most projectors. So what we will need to do is implement software and a diffuser to create this projector. The software would be designed to allow images to be rendered correctly and be interacted with as well. For now we could use technology found in Virtual Reality as a way to manipulate the projection.
It earlier models will be a bit large but that hasn’t stopped use yet, as we have been able to compress and downsize all sorts of technology to be easily portable.
Application:
This technology will create a new age of information, as it will allow countless forms of media and knowledge to be consumed more in depth. It can help students learn more about the human body as a 3d projection will be ready to show them a scale version. Or this can be used to make the design and creation of other technologies much easier, as others can see your idea easily.
Hologram projector is the technology of the future and will greatly impact the world for the better.
