Also, it is no surprise that people are abandoning downloaded apps now more than ever, bots are kicking butt and taking names by giving you access to all your apps data in one program and they are getting better at conversations too.

What changed?! The entry barriers dropped, Google — DialogFlow you can build your own Jarvis in a day, IBM — Watson Bots as an API, Microsoft — Azure Bots for seamless enterprise integration, and a dozen others have all reduced bots down to a high school science project.

Rolling out Bots for Business topped the charts last month as the most popular project among Tech Mahindra clients, here are few use-cases that turned a quick ROI and popular among its users.
