The Dilbeck Charitable Foundation

At Dilbeck Real Estate, Charity Begins at Home! We understand how important it is to give back to the community. In 2001, Mark Dilbeck, President of Dilbeck Real Estate, along with the management team, formed the Dilbeck & Associates Charitable Foundation, a non-profit organization. In 2017, our foundations is still going strong.
Dilbeck Real Estate along with Sales Partners and employees make contributions to the Foundation and in return, the Foundation contributes to local non-pro t organizations that promote the welfare of humankind.
These charities support civic and community services, healthcare, scientific research, youth activities, art and culture and create positive changes in and around the communities in which Dilbeck Real Estate serves. Over the years, the Foundation has contributed over $400,000 to various organizations.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
Habitat for Humanity partners with people in your community, and all over the world, to help them build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. With your support, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and for their families. Through our 2020 Strategic Plan, Habitat for Humanity will serve more people than ever before through decent and affordable housing.
This year, Dilbeck Real Estate partnered with Habitat for Humanity in Pasadena, CA to lend much needed support and manpower to their local efforts. Dilbeck agents and employees alike rolled up their sleeves (literally!) to help build better homes and better futures for their community.

ABILITYFIRST STROLL & ROLL
AbilityFirst provides a variety of programs designed to help people with disabilities achieve their personal best throughout their lives. We do this by: creating targeted programming to help an individual successfully transition from childhood to adult life; providing employment preparation, training, and experience; building social connections and independence; and, offering both our participants and their caregivers an opportunity to refresh and recharge through our recreational activities.
Dilbeck Real Estate was thrilled to partner with AbilityFirst on their Annual Stroll & Roll where we walked, ran, jogged, and donated our way to a fun and successful event. In 2017 alone, Dilbeck Real Estate and AbilityFirst were able to raise over $833,000!

PEN + NAPKIN
Pen + Napkin’s mission is to provide free professional design ser- vices to solve needs in the community. They furnish and decorate the homes of families and individuals transitioning out of homeless shelters and into their rst real HOME. “50% of families moving out of transitional homeless shelters and into their rst home without furniture end up back on the street. With furniture that statistic drops to 1%.” — HumbleDesign. They aren’t just installing furniture into these homes, but installing hope.
Dilbeck Real Estate is a proud sponsor and volunteer for Pen + Napkin, supporting their efforts to bring beauty, hope, and a sense of home to those in need. Our agents join these designers and home experts to lend their talents and passion to a powerful and impactful cause. Our partnership with P+N seeks to build on the foundation we continue to build within our communities, friends, and neighbors.

LAUSD HOMELESS YOUTH | BACKPACK DRIVE
While a home may lay its foundation with concrete and steel, education is the foundation from which each life is built. At Dilbeck, we’ve partnered with the Foundation for Homeless Youth in LA to ensure every child has access to the very foundation that will carry them through to success. Through a Backpack Drive, our agents are sponsor ing backpacks out tted with all the supplies needed to support a child through their aca- demic school year. So far, we’ve been able to donate $___ worth of much needed school materials to homeless or at-risk youth, with more agents answering the call to action each day.
