Scott Winnie. As a graduate of Azusa Pacific University, Scott has learned most of his business acumen through the twenty plus years in the restaurant business. Growing up in the Midwest, Scott learned early the ideas of hard work, family values, and what the best BBQ in the world tastes like. Being in the restaurant business, whether it was a server, bartender, or general manager, Scott has honed his skills as an expert in customer service, has increased his listening skills to become more aware of what people actually want, and he creates an experience where his clients will return often. Scott has transferred these important qualities over to the real estate industry, and has used them to become a successful agent.
Scott also has a love for his daughter and son that transcends unconditional love. His daughter, Reese, is a lively kid, that has a zest for life. She would much rather be awake then asleep, which sometime does not bode well for her parents. Scott is an active volunteer in his daughter’s nursery school, and claims, “you can learn humility from three year olds.” His love for his family, his addiction to the Los Angeles restaurant scene, and his passion for real estate keeps him very busy. Scott Winnie has been living in the area for six years, but his family has been rooted in the San Gabriel Valley for fifty plus years. Scott’s grandfather is a UCLA grad, and was a professor at Caltech for over fifty years. He is ninety-two years old and still heads to campus everyday to encourage the future minds of the world. Scott remembers spending most holidays in San Marino and can still remember the first time he smelled In-N-Out burger!
With Scott’s knowledge of the area, his deep rooted family ties, his passion for customer service, and his midwestern work ethic, he could not be more set up to make a
difference in peoples’ lives as they are looking to become a home owner or to sell their home.
