Christmas shopping can be a nightmare. I know. I’ve been there too many times.

You start in November thinking, organising and planning. Promising yourself that this year it’ll be different. That you’ll manage to finish buying all the presents on time. But for some inexplicable reason, you find yourself on the 23rd of December still not having all the Christmas shopping done. But this year it doesn’t have to be like that. I’m here to help you! In today’s blog post, I’ll be sharing with you some Christmas gift ideas for all the stationery or bullet journal lovers that you might have on your gift list. I always like to personalise my presents by adding smaller ones together to make a bigger one. That way I show that I’ve put some thought behind the present and I believe that everyone appreciates it even more, as well. So, I’ll be showing you some presents that can also make amazing stocking stuffers, or some interesting ways for you to put various items together to make a lovely gift.

So, grab a cup of coffee (or tea), your gift list and a pen and let’s begin!

Dingbats Notebook

This is by far one of the best notebooks for bullet journaling. The quality is amazing, the finish and the details of the design are exceptional and the pages are incredibly smooth to the touch. The pens literally glide on them, with minimum ghosting and no bleeding. They have some really nice colours and designs and I’m sure everyone would love to receive one of those notebooks!

With the new year approaching, they could make an excellent gift for anyone that wants to start bullet journaling. You can also add a note with a link to this free email series that can help them setup their bullet journal in 5 days! Or, if you want to make it extra special, you can add this Creative Journaling Course, that can help them setup their bullet journal and take it to the next level.

Tombow Dual Brush Markers

I use these markers every single day! I love how they add vivid colour to all my doodles and they blend nicely. I usually choose pastel colours for my weekly spreads.

You can get them as a pack of 6 markers, like this one that has some lovely pastel colours -which is excellent as a stocking stuffer as well.

Or you can invest in a very good present for someone you love, with all the 96 colours. I would be ecstatic if I found one of those, with my name on it, under the Christmas tree!

Mildliners

These are by far my favourite highlighters! They have really nice colours, they write softly on the pages and they are double sided with a broad and a fine tip. One of the easiest ways to add colour to your pages. They come in packets of 5 pens and there are 5 different packets to choose from. Each packet is a great stocking stuffer by itself, or you can choose all 5 of them to get the whole collection as a present! You can find them on Kawaii Pen Shop with free international delivery.

Stickers

There is such a plethora of stickers online! And I know that everyone loves them, so this could be such a great stocking stuffer! You can find loads on Etsy, from Christmas ones to any theme you can think of!

If you’re searching to buy a gift for a sticker enthusiast, then a yearly subscription to the Pipsticks Box would be ideal! They will remember you every month, when they receive their parcel!

You can also get them printable stickers that they can print on sticker paper as many times as they want! Like these ones, that they can use in their bullet journal.

Washi Tape

Everyone is going washi tape crazy! And you can now find washi tape with such amazing designs and colours, online! You can choose 1–2 washi tape designs to add as your stocking stuffers.

If you’d like to turn it into a bigger present, then you can get 9–10 designs (or even more if you wish) and add the washi tape dispenser as well! That way they will have a place to put all their washi tapes on and have everything organised on their desk! Such a great idea and a very nice present!

Watercolours

Lots of people like to create designs with watercolours nowadays. It’s such a creative and relaxing way to spend your free time and express your creativity. These watercolours can make a really nice gift. The paint is very opaque and the colours come out very vibrant.

You can also add more items together to create an even better present. You can add some watercolour paper for them to draw on, and some water brushes as well. Also a watercolour guide for those that are just starting with watercolours, would be an excellent addition.

Polychromos coloured pencils

These are by far the best coloured pencils I’ve ever used. They are vibrant and creamy and they are a dream to blend with! They come in a lovely box and you can get a packet of 12, 24, 36 up to 120! They are a lovely present for all ages. And you can combine them with my next gift suggestion, to make it an even better present!

Colouring books

There are some amazing and very intricate colouring books, like the one above. With various themes and really nice designs, to satisfy any needs. They can be a great gift combined with some coloured pencils, like I mentioned above, or a packet of Tombow markers.

You can also offer a subscription service of monthly printable colouring pages, that is also great to use on your iPad as well!

Brush lettering set

This Tombow lettering set has everything you need to start brush lettering. It can be an excellent stocking stuffer, or part of a bigger present.

You can create an amazing brush lettering present by also adding some special marker paper, for them to practice on, a packet of Fudesonuke pens with all the colours in order to add colour and have fun with their practice, as well as this Brush Lettering guide that can really help them take their practice to the next level.

Fountain pen

For the people that love writing and journaling, as well as the ones that like to practice their calligraphy style, a fountain pen can be the best present. You can now find fountain pens in various price ranges and qualities, so it’s really up to you and your budget which one you’ll go for. A really nice one is this LAMY LX Fountain Pen in rose gold.

Also, if you know someone that wants to improve their handwriting, you can get them a fountain pen as well as the Improve Your Handwriting Course. This will definitely encourage them and give them the tools they need to practice more and see results very quickly.

I hope the above ideas help you to find the perfect gift. If you have any other Christmas gift ideas for people that love stationery and journals, then please leave them in the comments below.

Happy gift shopping and Happy Holidays!
