As a Web3 Project, DinoVox is all about his community.

Every holder of either a DinoVox NFT, a FAAPU parcel (Virtual Land within the FenuaVerse) or any future DinoVox collection will be part of this community.

Let’s focus today on « GRAOUvernance » and the upcoming DinoVox OG mint.

The DinoVox governance

GRAOUvernance is the combo of governance, how the DinoVox project will be led and ruled, and GRAOU, the DinoVox’s coin and glorious rallying cry !

The FenuaVerse will be run on a set of mechanisms, tools and rules. As GRAOUvernance will be gradually deployed it will be the DinoVox’s community that will take a greater part in those governance mechanisms.

Indeed, even if the definitions of what will be the Web3 can vary some, we can all agree on that within this new digital environment every individual shall :

• Claim some new liberty, rights and sovereignty (over his personal Data notably)
• Truly own his digitals assets (coins, cryptocurrencies, NFTs…)
• Live new immersive and interactive experiences within persistant universes (métavers)…
• … he will own and administrate with other members of the community
• Interact, trade, exchange value P2P without any intermediate or centralized entities (thanks to the blockchain)

Thus, we could say that Web3 will be the ground of a new Internet where his users would have true ownership of what they build, and not only be spectators (Like read only website of Web1) or renter under conditions (as it is within the Web2, the web of GAFAM)

DinoVox and the FenuaVerse project are totally aligned with this dynamic and have the objective, in the long run, to be 100% drive by his community.

However, this objective is as ambitious as it is complex. Indeed, create, ex-nihilo, on the first try, a governance system wich is political, social, yet also technical and economic.

For this reasons, the deployment of GRAOUvernance will take some time and have his own dedicated calendar. It’s not outrageous to imagine that it will take years for the project to truly be align on his ambitions on this point.

But, is it a real problem if the FenuaVerse DinoVox project develop itself throughout the next 30 years ?

When deployed, every owner of one of the 10 000 DinoVox , regardless of the rarity (The serie will have multiple rarity levels from CLASSIC to LEGENDARY) will be able to take part in the GRAOUvernance, following this simple rule :

1 Dino = 1 VOX (vote)

However, in order to assure an initial healthy and harmonious growth to the DinoVox ecosystem, it has been decide that the initial operational governance will be done by the executive team helped and advised by the members of the Old Graou Club’s

The Old Graou Club’s

It will be constituted by every owner of at least one DinoVox OG Member.

Those OG DinoVox will be part of a specific collection, distinct from other future public collections. They will be the first DinoVox generated.

There will be a maximal of 2000 OG DinoVox NFT, everyone one of them member of the Old Graou Club

What Will be the perks holding an Old Graou DinoVox ?

• A role within GRAOUvernance

It will be immediately possible for DinoVox OG holders to take part into the governance of the initial project. They will have a chair in the Initial Consultative Council. This council will in the end an entity 100% autonomous, with voting powers and decisions margins.

OG Holders will be consulted (through a dedicated governance and voting system) on a increasing number of subject in relation with the project’s development.

Following, OG DinoVox holders will be able to make GRAOUvernance proposals and vote them.

• Airdrop FAAPU (LAND)

Otherwise, OG Dinovox holders will be granted a free mint of 1 FAAPU Land when this key part of the FenuaVerse will be lauch (Q2 Q3 2023)

• Passive $GRAOU income

Each OG DinoVox will be granted with a Passive Universal Income in $GRAOU (equal to a CLASSIC Rank DinoVox)

This passive income is anticipated as soon as the project is founded (following TGE, Token Generation Event) and will be guaranteed for at least 30 years.

How to put you claws on a Old Graou DinoVox ?

There will be three main way to obtain an OG DinoVox :

• 1200 OG DinoVox OG will be available in private sale for accredited investors ;
• 100 OG DinoVox will be donated to projets and partners . 100 more OG DinoVox will be donated to ambassadors and people close to the project, with values and act aligned with the FenuaVerse ecosystem’s one.
• More over, 600 OG DinoVox will stay initially under the control of the founding team, it will constitute a reserve found. Those DinoVox will then be distributed following the agenda and mechanic supervised by the Initial Consultative Council.

But, consideration is expected from partners and/or ambassadors, this consideration can take several forms :

• Marketing Campaign, updating Social Media and official websites letting people know about GRAOUvernance.
