Graou, NFT and metavers : DinoVox lands on Earth
This is it. Since a few weeks, you have probably noticed a strange activity on social networks. Voxelized dinosaurs are making themselves heard. Their rallying cry? Graou. Their leader? The Great Graou.
As you may have understood. The DinoVox are coming to our lives. NFT, metaverse, web 3, blockchain, are all notions that accompany them, disrupting your daily life and address this essential question: what is DinoVox? NFT project for some, environmental and/or artistic for others, DinoVox is all of this at the same time. And much more.
Protectors of the planet, defenders of the Polynesian culture, our DinoVox live in a hybrid, soft and benevolent metaverse. Behind an outpouring of graou of all kinds, they have the heavy task of defending Polynesia and its ecosystem.
“ Graous to save the planet ” you would say with surprise?
Why not. Just imagine. What if, with a few graous, we could change the world? In this simple and even laughing question is hidden, just before our eyes, all the beauty of the DinoVox NFT project.

We had to wait more than 65 million years to see the DinoVox come to life, nice voxelized dinosaurs, digitally sculpted by our art director Rootsnico. Cute as a button, colorful and reassuring, the rallying cry of these dinosaurs is:
“ Graou! ”
French Polynesia, land of the Vox
Our dinosaurs are adorable. But not only that. They have a soul and values that they ardently defend. Symbol of an extinct species, the DinoVox wish to protect nature and defend the environment. It is in the Jurassic and paradise landscapes of French Polynesia, where the first graous had an echo, that our dinosaurs will act.
You can rest assured. We are not asking you to literally come and make graou cries at the other end of the earth. Web 3 and blockchain technologies will allow our dinosaurs to make the trip for us. Link between Polynesia and the economy that accompanies it, wich itself is real, the DinoVox metaverse will allow you to virtually discover Polynesia while participating actively and ethically in its economy.
We discover the Fenuaverse, contraction of the term metaverse and Fenua which means territory, land, island in Tahitian. Protector of the Polynesian culture, this virtual space will help the economic opening up of Polynesia.
The DinoVox commitment
The graous are beautiful and the ambitions are great. Aware that the Jurassic era was not built in a day, our DinoVox have short arms.
But they have big ideas. What if blockchain and decentralized finance technologies helped them to have longer legs?
NFT, Web 3, Fenuaverse, nature protection and inclusiveness are all notions that accompany the birth of this hybrid project allowing the virtual to have an impact on our real world.
Moreover, the DinoVox foundation, guarantor of an independent treasury, will be created under the benevolent eye of Madame Pingouin and her faithful friend Bruce. She will eventually allow local associations chosen by the community to work for the protection of the Polynesian ecosystem.

NFT, lands and GRAOU
The idea is not to make graou noises tirelessly behind your computer to be a DinoVox and access the FenuaVerse. Although … . No. To own a DinoVox you will simply have to hold its NFT (non-fungible token). Rare and precious, there will never be more than 10 000 of them.
5 sales of NFT are planned:
A first sale of NFT Old Graou, (OG). These are dedicated to investors, business partners, projects, and communities that want proximity and representation in the Fenuaverse. There will be 2,000 of them.
Followed by 4 successive waves of mint, NFT creation :
- Permian (genesis)
- Trias
- Jurassic
- Cretaceaous
Note also that there are 4 types of rarities characterizing the DinoVox :
- Legendary : 1 %
- Epic and Rare : 10 %
- Classic : 89 %
Distributions and sales of Lands along with the DinoVox mints will also be expected in the future. These Lands, Faapu in Polynesian, will be scattered on islands (Motu). There are two types of Motu, some existing only in the FenuaVerse (Fantasy Island) others being directly inspired by the Polynesian geography.
Also note that owning a DinoVox NFT will later allow you to receive regular income in $GRAOU, the upcoming utility token of the fenuaverse, and this, for… 30 years.
How to get my DinoVox NFT?
Again, while it would be fun, just graouing all over the place won’t be enough.
A DinoVox must be earned. Even after the 1st Permian mint, the most involved and motivated in the community will have a weekly chance to get a DinoVox Classic on our social networks during giveaways, and this, for 2 years. As a collaborative project, the DinoVox team does not want to stay in its corner and control everything with its short arms.
Indeed, the DinoVox NFTs are real passports giving you access to the GRAOUvernance — contraction of governance and graou for those who don’t follow yet — and allowing you to vote according to this complex mathematical concept:

The Graouvernance of DinoVox
DinoVox is designed according to the standards and values of web 3:
- Economic decision-making power of governance,
- Decentralized finance and entrepreneurial freedom within the Fenuaverse,
- An independent foundation whose mission will be to protect and administer funds destined to local associations that help sustainable development and the protection of the Polynesian ecosystem.
The project will eventually be directed and piloted by its community in accordance with the democratic rules observed in the DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations).
We will not be able to meet this challenge in the short-term. Let us be realistic. However, the deep values that make the DNA of our DinoVox and the fundamental principles of decentralized governance are the goals we want to reach.
Web 3 is a tool as well as a new environment that allows us to implement a vision of the world that we propose, both real and virtual. Where will we be in 30 years? Just as quick as saying Graou, 30 years is not much for dinosaurs, but for us…
