Hamburg 2018, the community has never been larger.

I remember back in 2015 joining one of the first Android meetups here in Hamburg. They were sparse, happening every 1–3 months due to the lack of speakers. I also remember the drive of the organisers to push stuff forward and try organise them every month.

Fast-forwarding today, not only these meetups are happening pretty often but new one are constantly introduced. New tech languages, like Kotlin or frameworks like Reactjs or even non engineering ones are emerging like UI/UX.

And the city itself is embracing more and more developers.

And more and more non tech companies are shifting their models to hire devs because they see the advantage they gain when incorporating tech people. New startups in the area or existing tech wanting to grow fast!

So we really felt the need that all these people should have an easy way and a place to look when they are either jumpstarting their career or want to join something new and exciting.

We are introducing http://hamburgtech.jobs/!

A centralised way for engineers, designers, agile coachers and product people when they look for something new and exiting in their city. Of course also for foreigners, all over the world, simply interested in moving into this beautiful city.

Feel free to visit it, write us feedback, tell us your opinion, be open on what you miss or what you want to see.

How can we keep you informed about all the jobs in Hamburg that interest you? Maybe one is already out there.
