The city of East Wenatchee plans to change its cryptocurrency enterprise zoning rules to allow only general business districts

The East Wenatchee, Wash., planning committee will meet next Tuesday to discuss the possibility of changing the rules for cryptocurrency enterprise zoning.

Lori Barnett, the city’s director of community development, said the main difference was that the planning board considered encryption more appropriate for general commercial zoning than for central zoning.
