From Kindergarten Teacher to Multi-Million Dollar Earner…

For three days, twelve of the world’s top Direct Selling leaders gathered together for a private Mastermind Retreat at Orrin Woodward’s stunning estate in Florida. It was dubbed the “Billion Dollar Retreat” because cumulatively the group produces well over a billion dollars per year in team sales.

There was no audio or video recording during the retreat — the only exception was a few select interviews with some of the leaders in attendance. The interviews were hosted by Art Jonak and Orrin Woodward, and are now called the “Direct Selling Leadership Series.” In each interview, Art Jonak asked questions of the leader being interviewed, pulling best-practices from their Direct Selling journey, and Orrin Woodward added leadership perspective specific to their story.

Today we are releasing the first full interview in the series — featuring Sarah Robbins, and her journey from kindergarten teacher to Direct Selling rock-star.

Just this past weekend Sarah’s company had their convention. Of the 15,000 consultants who attended and 30,000 who watched virtually via live-stream, the vast majority of them are members of Sarah’s team. Sarah’s team does an astounding $600+ million per year in sales.

A little background on Sarah Robbins…

Sarah Robbins is the #1 distributor and top earner in her Direct Selling company, with a strong seven figure annual income.

Sarah is a teacher by trade. While she loved teaching kindergarten and first grade, she was facing the loss of her job due to a struggling economy. Her husband Phil’s landscape construction business was also affected by the local economy. They decided to pursue extra income, and Sarah’s search led her to Direct Selling. She began working her Direct Selling business part-time alongside her teaching career.

At first, Sarah explains, she was very skeptical.

“How could a shy teacher in her 20’s, living in a depressed economy, find success in Direct Selling? I later learned that’s the beauty of this business model. It takes ordinary people and helps them to achieve extraordinary results!”

Sarah established and implemented strong systems in building her team. To her surprise, she surpassed her teacher’s salary by the end of that school year, and was able to retire from teaching. She began working full-time, and after 5 years and by the age of 29, she was earning a six-figure monthly income in her Direct Selling business.

She retired her husband Phil from his construction business, 35 years early, so they could work their Direct Selling business together. Today, they are the top earners in their company and enjoy traveling the world together.

As a former teacher, Sarah has a passion to share her success system with others to help them learn and grow in their business. She shares her best practices in her best-selling book Rock Your Network Marketing Business, and inspires audiences as a top Direct Selling speaker.

The best part of the story? Phil and Sarah are now fulfilling their lifelong passion of helping others. Because of the time and resources Direct Selling has provided them, they have built a 100-child orphanage in India this year, and are in the process of building more, while providing education to those children as well.

Their lives have been transformed in so many ways. What’s even more amazing is seeing the lives that have been transformed by growing their business.
