Janae Dukes and her brother were both among the few black students in their Macon schools growing up, an experience they said was both good and bad.

In our second forum on race and education, the topics ranged from experiences as active participants in schools integration, social justice in private schools and the frustration involved in not finding any educational solution for one’s children.
