Hello Sports Enthusiasts! Welcome to the Sports section of Disabled Champs, a dynamic arena where we spotlight the extraordinary achievements and stories of disabled athletes. Here, we dive into the triumphs, challenges, and inspirations that define the world of adaptive sports within the disabled community.

From personal accounts to expert viewpoints, our Sports section is a vibrant space for those passionate about exploring and celebrating athleticism within the disabled community.

We invite you to contribute to the conversation by sharing your unique experiences and insights. If you have a compelling story, unique perspectives, or practical advice related to sports within the disabled community, we’d love to feature your contribution.

How to Contribute:

1. Via Email:

  • Submission: Send your completed article in a Word document to disabledchamps@gmail.com.
  • Include a Brief Bio: Introduce yourself as you would like the readers to learn about you. Share your background, expertise, or personal connection to the topic.
  • Formatting Guidelines: Follow our formatting guidelines. Keep paragraphs concise and include the source and image description for Alt Text for each image included.
  • Original Content: Submit unpublished work. We appreciate fresh perspectives and unique insights.
  • Relevance to the Sports section: Ensure your article aligns with topics related to adaptive sports, training techniques, disabled athletes, or athletic experiences within the disabled community.
  • Editing Process: We will review and, if necessary, collaborate on edits to maintain the integrity of your message.
  • Response Time: Expect a response within 1–2 weeks. Your patience is appreciated.

2. Via Medium:

  • Post on your Medium account: Follow the same steps above to be added as a Publication Writer for your first article on Disabled Champs. Once the article has been finalised, you will post it on your Medium story.
  • Add to Disabled Champs: Go to your Medium story, click on the three dots in the top-right corner, and select ‘Add to publication.’
  • Select Disabled Champs: Find and choose ‘Disabled Champs’ or ‘Disabled Champs Malaysia’ from the list of publications.
  • Submit: Hit ‘Submit for Review’ to send your story our way. We’ll add your story under the Sports section.
