America — Where Gun Rights Precede Rights of Women and Children.

It is not anymore about whether one would ever get affected by a gun assault in America; it is about when and how you’d run out of luck and become the victim of one such mass shooting.

Pro-life hypocrisy in America tells a tale of saving fetuses on the one hand and, on the other, letting their school children die at the hands of lunatic gunmen, unable to pass a bill that can lead to preventing similar attacks on children and others in the future. Instead, Republicans completely dismiss that easy access to guns is the root cause of it all. Why so unapologetically antithetical, America?

There is no space to consider the blurriness of different ideologies in this case. There are no two ways about it — that guns promote a violent civil society. Easily accessible guns give aggressors and madders a channel to express themselves through guns which otherwise need to be articulated differently. Those in favor of guns need to rupture their delusion and reeducate themselves on the value of human lives and the commonsense fact that a mentally insane person cannot harm anyone without access to weapons.
