Arkansas Attorney General Asks Supreme Court To Remove ‘Biased’ Judge From All Her Cases

Arkansas’ attorney general Leslie Rutledge’s office is asking the state Supreme Court to remove all cases involving her office from a judge who has already been prohibited from handling capital punishment cases. AG Rutledge charges that Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Wendell Griffen is biased against her and her office staff.
