How to fix a partisan Supreme Court

Antony Scalia’s and Ruth Bader Ginsbug’s deaths have shown how broken the nomination system to the Supreme Court is. Those two justices were champions on their political fields, but they were not to blame. The courts must have a broad political spectrum. What’s worrisome is how partisan their replacements have become.
