Preston Lieu [Head Editor, Submissions, Recruitment] is the founder and owner of Youthward, a project devoted to increasing civic engagement for youth, and he enjoys writing critical essays and op-ed pieces and has medaled multiple times for the Scholastic Arts and Writing Awards. Preston loves debating, playing soccer, and eating Korean food in his free time.
Eric Song [Founder, Submissions, Recruitment] is the founder of Dialogue & Discourse.
Kevin Gosztola [Submissions] is a journalist and documentary filmmaker serving as the managing editor of Shadowproof and the co-host of Unauthorized Disclosure, a weekly podcast. He is co-author of “Truth and Consequences: The US vs. Bradley Manning” and has been interviewed on Democracy Now!, BBC Radio, PBS Frontline, The Real News, and CounterSpin. His written work has been featured in The Nation, Salon, OpEdNews, Consortium News, and Common Dreams.
Wilson da Silva [Submissions] is a science journalist, feature writer, and the co-founder and long-time editor of COSMOS magazine. The winner of 33 awards for journalism, publishing and filmmaking, including the AFI Award for Best Documentary for “The Diplomat”, he’s also served as editor of Newton, Science Spectra, 21C Magazine, and ABC Online. Among his writing credits are Reuters, Nature, New Scientist, Australian Geographic, The Sydney Morning Herald, The South China Morning Post, and The Australian Financial Review Magazine.
Brai Odion-Esene [Submissions] is the founder of SW4 Insights Inc., an advisory firm analyzing public policy in the District of Columbia. He is a contributor to Emerging Market Media and formerly a Senior Director at Hamilton Place Strategies. Brai is a frequent guest on CGTN America.
Jonathan D. [Business, Licensing, Publicity] is a lead manager at a large financial advisory firm on the East Coast. He is an executive within several political interest groups and an active council member of his city’s government. When not at work, Jonathan enjoys playing hockey, learning American history, fishing, and organizing community events in his area.
Meziechi Nwogu [Submissions] is an analyst and contract negotiator in the gas and oil sector. He is a passionate follower and writer of geopolitics, international relations, and the global economy.
Nathaniel E. [Recruitment, Newsletters, Inquires] is a student completing his Master of Business Administration. He works part-time as a finance consultant and is raising a young family. In his very limited free time, Nathaniel enjoys organizing and participating in political events in his community. He hopes to adopt a Border Collie puppy in the near future.
James Holley [Submissions] is a recent graduate from Ohio State University, where he dual majored in political science and philosophy. He has previously worked for Manley Deas Kochalski, LLC and enjoys writing about public policy, elections, and foreign affairs. James aspires to pursue a career in the political, administrative, and legal sectors.
Kevin Rossi [Submissions] is a sophomore student completing his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. He is a freelance journalist and aspires to a career in public policy or public service. Kevin has a strong interest in government, history, and Palestinian cuisine.
