Facebook’s shares dropped low by a big chunk. The social media company is struggling to breathe, as more and more users are deactivating or even deleting their accounts, never to return to that place again.

It won’t be strange to say that Facebook is in a similar place, where MySpace and Orkut were, years ago, when Facebook arrived.

Since Facebook bought WhatsApp and their shady privacy policy came to light, people have been skeptical about sharing their data with the social media giant. There’s more than enough negative publicity that is responsible for taking Facebook down.

Users have criticized Facebook heavily for manipulating elections, polarizing voters, for scandals like ‘Cambridge Analytica’, ‘Project Alamo’ and even ‘Brexit’.
