U.S. House Impeaches Donald Trump For Second Time

The U.S. House of Representatives this week voted to impeach President Donald Trump over his role in events that led to the rampage through the Capitol building by his supporters last week.

This is the second time the chamber has sanctioned the president over his conduct, following a similar vote in late 2019 when Trump was accused of abusing his power to force the Ukrainian government to investigate then-presidential candidate Joe Biden.
