The only question is who sets and enforces them, more secular locals or theocratic immigrants

Governance by a multi-culturalism that posits an absence of social norms and rights will implode from the power vacuum it creates. A civilization that declines to tell immigrants what the rules are will see its rules — social norms — replaced by others. Social norms and power abhor a vacuum. And if those in the conservative, center and center-left of western countries’ political spectrum don’t protect western social and cultural norms and borders, voters will elect fascists who do.
