The simple answer is:

We don’t know what you know.

The problem is:

You think we already know what you know.

So what happens is:

You never tell us what you know and we never know what you don’t tell us.

(Lose)

What needs to happen is:

You spend more time telling us what you know.

And then what happens is:

We tell all of the people that we know (who you do not know), what you know.

And then:

We all know what you know.

(Win)
