Introducing #DiscoverNutricia — a campaign designed to help healthcare professionals support Mums during the first 1,000 days.

Matt Elder, Director Nutricia Early Life Nutrition

A T Nutricia Early Life Nutrition we want to showcase the varied ways in which we can help healthcare professionals support mums during the all-important first 1,000 days.

To do this we’ve created a new digital platform for healthcare professionals across the UK, helping them better understand the resources and free tools we have available on the Nutricia Early Life Nutrition website.

All of these scientifically supported and research based guides, articles, e-modules, and downloadable resources can directly help healthcare professionals help their patients.

Welcome to the #DiscoverNutricia magazine on Medium

We focus our time and energy on developing and delivering new nutritional solutions to meet both existing and emerging health needs. Nutrition in early life lays the foundations for health in later life. Our passion is to understand how nutrition impacts growth, development and body composition in babies, toddlers, mothers to be and breastfeeding mums. We use these insights to provide the nutritional products and resources needed to support optimal development for mother and baby, supporting lifelong health.

Our set of digital channels is there to support and help provide useful resources to healthcare practitioners at work and at home, through social media, this online magazine, as well as traditional channels like our ELN.Nutricia.co.uk website. And there is lots more to come.

From the first 1000 days to allergies

To kick off the #DiscoverNutricia publication we have explored the importance of the first 1000 days, looked back at some of pioneering work in breastmilk research, and taken a look at the modern challenges facing healthcare professionals and mothers. We’ve also taken a look at how we can help HCPs help mothers with infant allergies.

We’re passionate about the work we do and we believe the publication we’ve created for healthcare professionals can be an invaluable resource for them to lean on in their day-to-day professional practices, or indeed in their spare time, to assist them in helping mothers and families during the first 1,000 days.

For over 120 years we’ve been helping healthcare professionals and mothers, and this campaign is another milestone in our intention to continue to do so.

Enjoy #DiscoverNutricia.

Warmest regards,

Matt Elder, Director Nutricia Early Life Nutrition

Foods for special medical purposes should only be used under medical supervision. May be suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition for infants from birth, and/or as part of a balanced diet from 6–12 months. Refer to label for details.
