Meet the Returners!

This week we welcomed 22 returners to the Disney Streaming team as part of our partnership with the Path Forward program.

This program offers returning professionals an opportunity to restart their respective careers by joining innovative teams working on the industry-leading platforms, helping to revolutionize streaming, all while bringing iconic stories to life across the Disney Bundle.

The Path Forward Return to Work Program is a 16-week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. It is open to individuals who have at least five years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a loved one.
