Millennials are furious with the Microsoft acquisition of GITHUB and are looking for options not to use the platform

Despite Microsoft’s recent turn to aggressively embrace everything open source, the company made its brand with an exclusive concept and not an inclusive one. That has not been forgotten by Millennials who now want out of GitHub, once the most beloved platform for developers, GitHub now has become unwanted, people are going as far as using google drive to share repositions. So is this an opportunity for a new company to be born.

Options are what we are looking for says, David Nemayer, developer at facebook.

Many are talking about creating a platform using smart contracts technology.

Project X Open Source, leading this movement of decentralization has offered developers who can create a similar decentralized application on top of PXOS smart contract, a full sponsorship.

Commentators across the tech blogosphere and the burgeoning dev communities across Twitter and Reddit have come out for and against the acquisition, and because this is the internet, there have also been plenty of memes.

So we will see what is next now that GitHub is death, RIP GITHUB
