Biomedical company Tissue Analytics has developed AI-powered solutions for automated mobile wound and skin imaging and predictive analytics. The system enhances the common smartphone with proprietary technology to turn it into an imaging platform designed to support clinicians with wound care and improve patient outcomes.

In late 2015, Propel(x) investors participated in a Series A capital raise utilizing a convertible note structure.

In May 2020, Net Health, a provider of cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) software for specialized care settings, acquired Tissue Analytics to expand its position in the wound care market.

Tissue Analytics seed investors shared in the liquidity event when Net Health acquired Tissue Analytics for an undisclosed sum.

Net Health is a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, Level Equity, and Silversmith Capital Partners.
