Brilliant! I live in an area where many of the moms are highly educated but who stay at home to raise kids. They were successful and advanced in their careers while they were younger, pre-kids, so why wouldn’t they be quick to pick up any new skills they needed and be an ideal conduit for operational efficiency and strategic insight?

I’ve wondered for years (lived in a similar community in Florida) why more brands aren’t aggressively reaching out to the networks these women are a part of.

As your post makes clear, there is no sufficient excuse.

However, the brands who do cotton to this idea will certainly be richly rewarded for their efforts.
