When did you join Distilled?

My journey began back in 2014 when DoneDeal outsourced their customer support to a call centre where I worked. I won the career lotto when an opportunity became available in 2017 to work for Distilled directly.

What is your favourite thing about Distilled?

I feel valued! I came back from maternity leave at the beginning of the first lockdown. Everyone went above & beyond to ensure I was settling back in & it felt like I never left! Distilled see their employees as actual people — we were given subscriptions to the Calm app recently which is pretty awesome!

Tell us a fact that people might not know about you?

I have recently taken up hula hooping — I’m currently trying to learn some tricks & am covered in bruises!

What is your favourite thing about WFH?

No more commuting! I have two extra hours to spend with my family. Also, I get to sing very out of tune without putting anyone off their work

What are you looking forward to most about 2021?

That grand aul stretch in the evening. Making memories with my son, seeing my friends & family, attempting to plan for my wedding, & that first delicious cold pint on a hot summer day!
