Last week , I tripped Ehime prefecture. located in Shikoku — east side of Japan.
Their special products are various citruses — mikan , kinkan , yuzu ,lemon and so on.

I stayed old ryokan at mountainside 1st day. There are some snow . I took young yuzu fruit from road side tree when I took a walk around there.

Also I bought some citruses at Farmer’s market . They sell various citruses .
it is very beautiful and has sour fruity scent.

After come back to home , I distilled these citruses.
I cut each fruit and pick off a seeds , I use only peel and fruit for distillery.

I add too many fruits that boiled water appear directly.

The scent of distilled is not so fresh as original citruses.
But it is bitter and mild .
