Welcome to our project BAG:EL (it stands for Best Algorithms For Graphs: Easy Learning). We started BAG:EL as part of UBC’s Distributed Systems course, loved working on the project, and decided to continue after the course. BAG:EL is a distributed graph processing engine capable of running queries on graphs distributed across a set of workers.
In this blog, we decided to share the architectural and technical updates we will be making to the project over the next year.
