Did you know we offer personalized DistrictBuilder training webinars? Our webinar option helps users start drawing maps and provides an opportunity to have one on one time with the DistrictBuilder team. This option is helpful for any organization or group that is drawing maps in DistrictBuilder.
What’s included in the webinar?
Included in the training webinar is an in depth explanation of DistrictBuilder features, workflows and tips for the town, city, county or state where you will be drawing maps. The webinar is recorded and can be distributed afterwards to users who are not able to attend. This offering includes a live webinar lasting for up to two hours. The webinar includes two parts:
- An organized training and walkthrough
- An informal Q&A for attendees.
Before the training begins, your organization is allotted time for a member to speak specifically about why redistricting is important to your group. Each government entity has very different rules, timelines and history as they pertain to redistricting. Webinar attendees find this background and perspective helpful for when they draw maps.
The webinar training is broken down so that users can ask questions about each tool, workflow, and tip that is demonstrated. These segments include:
- User interface and tools
- Drawing maps from populated and blank districts
- Sharing your plan
- Evaluating your plan
